Alchemical Wisdom for Individuation

HOW TO FACILITATE SELF-TRANSFORMATION or "IN HABENTIBUS SYMBOLUM FACILIS EST TRANSITUS" (Mylius). Johann Mylius, an Alchemical writer, stated the following: "For those who have the symbol, the passage is easy." The unconscious communicates with our consciousness, via images or symbols (for example, dream images), the necessary psychological information in order to correct or compensate the psychological imbalances that our egos have created. Therefore, it is important that we hold in our minds, as much as we can and for as long as we can during our daily activities those images or symbols. But here lies the challenge: our minds would rather focus exclusively on work, family, friends, and social media-related thoughts and exclude, unfortunately, images or symbols (i.e, dream images) spontaneously given to us from our unconscious. But, again, holding those images in our minds while we conduct our daily affairs is of the utmost importance, and it is, also, a herculean task, but not impossible.
