What is important and meaningful to my life is that I shall live as fully as possible to fulfill the divine will within me (Carl Jung).
The primary goal in the process of psychological healing, through Jungian Analysis, is the re-establishment of the connection with the interior life. People are beginning to realize that a sustained relationship with their inner life will decisively and profoundly solve their emotional struggles. Reverence to this inner wisdom is a contemplative stance of active listening to the interior music that connects us with the immensity of our inner life. Life challenges are the mirrors that show, in a synchronistic way, the disconnections from the fundamental truths of our interior life. Unbeknownst to us, we have contributed to the rupture or the dislocation of such connection. Whether you are struggling with emotional issues, interpersonal challenges, family crises, or outer tragedies, the conscious and deliberate connection with the inner life will provide you with practical solutions and specific ways of dealing with them. Spontaneous images and dreams are the symbolic ways that the Self corrects and compensates the internal imbalances that we have created. Fortunately, the daily and conscious reflection and meditation on these soul images will help you solve your psychological dilemmas. Unlike other forms of therapy, Jungian analysis will help you discover your own meaningful, practical, and profound answers to those psychological challenges.
