FAITH IN YOUR SELF

FAITH IN YOUR SELF (English/Spanish) "Faith is being loyal to your unseen reality within" (Goddard). Goddard wrote the previous sentence many decades ago. Today, however, that reality within can be observed, indeed, thanks to the study of dreams. Dreams are the visual narrative of the inner world. Therefore, faith is being loyal to the inner world and not to the ego. It is important to differentiate well the world of consciousness (with the ego at the center of consciousness) and the world of the unconscious. The notion of faith is traditionally discussed within the context of religious discourse. However, from a psychological point of view, there are many similarities between the Divine and the Self. The Self, which is the core of our inner life, guides our conscious ego, in a way similar to how God guides human beings. A closer and disciplined look at dreams shows how the Self insists in guiding spiritually (not religiously!) human beings. Faith is the disciplined and loving care toward the divine aspect in us -the Self- , which, also, heals psychological problems. Have faith in the Self, in your Self, which is located within the unconscious, and do not confuse it with the conscious ego.

FE EN EL CENTRO INTERIOR DE TU VIDA "La Fe es ser leal a tu realidad invisible interior" (Goddard). Goddard escribió la oración anterior hace muchas décadas. Hoy, sin embargo, esa realidad interior se puede observar, de hecho, gracias al estudio de los sueños. Los sueños son la narrativa visual del mundo interno. Por lo tanto, la fe es ser leal al mundo interno y no al ego. Es importante diferenciar bien la parte conciente (con el ego en el centro de lo conciente) y el mundo del inconsciente. El tema de la Fe se discute tradicionalmente dentro de un contexto religioso. Sin embargo, desde el punto de vista psicológico, hay muchas similitudes entre lo Divino y el centro en nuestra vida interior. El centro, que es el núcleo de nuestra vida interior, guía nuestro ego consciente, de una manera similar a como Dios guía a los seres humanos. Una mirada más cercana y disciplinada a los sueños muestra cómo el centro de nuestra vida interior insiste en guiar a los seres humanos espiritualmente (¡no religiosamente!). La fe es el cuidado disciplinado y amoroso hacia la vida interior, la cual esta intimamente relacionada con el aspecto divino localizado en el inconsciente y que, ademas, también cura los problemas psicológicos. Ten fe en el centro de la vida interior, adentro del inconsciente, y no confundas el centro en la vida interior con el ego consciente.
