Proceed From The Way

(ENGLISH) As I was searching for a Buddhist movie to watch, I came across this sentence: "With everything you enter into contact in life, proceed from the Way." Western societies have discovered the existence of an inner world in the life of each individual and, within it, they have observed a land of images that map the human soul. Holding in consciousness those images and playing with them imaginally is of the utmost importance not only for healing emotional wounds but, also, for embracing the beauty of who we are. Furthermore, living life from the perspective of those images, incarnating them in life while we breath, play, walk, and work, and reflecting on how they could inform and educate our ego will enlighten our lives: I believe this is the essence of the Buddhist quote I previously mentioned. Dear fellow traveler, may you live your life from the Way!

PROCEDE DESDE EL ALMA Mientras estaba buscando una película budista para ver, me encontré con esta frase: " con todo lo que entras en contacto en la vida, proceda desde el alma." Las sociedades occidentales han descubierto la existencia de un mundo interior en la vida de cada individuo y, dentro de ella, han observado unas imágenes que describen visualmente el alma humana. Imaginar esas imágenes continuamente y jugar con ellos imaginativamente es de la máxima importancia no sólo para curar heridas emocionales sino también para abrazar la belleza de quienes somos. Además, vivir la vida desde la perspectiva de esas imágenes, encarnarlas en la vida mientras jugamos, caminamos, y trabajamos, y reflexionar sobre cómo podrían informar y educar nuestro ego iluminaria nuestras vidas: creo que esta es la esencia de la frase budista que mencioné anteriormente.
