https://casinoraskuttak.com reading this made me think about how often what looks like depression is really a life that hasn't found its shape yet, which is a much harder thing to sit with than the usual checklist of symptoms. The line about the life that wants to be lived stayed with me, because I've noticed that when I stop treating the heaviness as a malfunction and start asking what it's pointing toward, something shifts, even if only slightly. I don't think that reframe fixes anything on its own, but it does change what you do next.
