Close Your Eyes, Look Within, and Welcome Your Soul.

THE PSYCHE CONSISTS ESSENTIALLY OF IMAGES. IT IS A SERIES OF IMAGES IN THE TRUEST SENSE. (Jung)

Close your eyes for a moment, and wait. Keep them close. From that darkness, allow an image to come to consciousness. It may take couple of seconds, but be patient. Do not force it, and do not chose a particular image. Let the image(s) come to you. Be receptive. Then, you may realize that the image was an animal, or a person, or a scenery, or an event, or simply anything. And then, let it be. Subsequently, care for it: look at it from different angles; walk around it; observe it; notice it, and treat it with respect. Welcome, pilgrim. This is the first step. You are knowing yourself ....and your Soul in the deepest and in the truest sense.

Detente y cierra los ojos por un momento. Espera. Manten los ojos cerrados. Desde esa oscuridad, permite que una imagen llegue a tu mente. Puede tomar, quizas, un par de segundos. Ten paciencia, y no elijas una imagen en particular. Por el contrario, deja que las imágenes vengan a ti. Se receptivo. Entonces, te podrias darte cuenta que la imagen era, quizas, un animal, o una persona, o un escenario, o un evento, o simplemente cualquier cosa. Y luego, simplemente observala. Posteriormente, cuída dicha imagen: mírala desde diferentes ángulos; caminar a su alrededor; observarla, acompañala y tratarla con respeto.

Bienvenido, peregrino. Este es el primer paso. Te estas conociendo a ti mismo ... y a tu Alma en el sentido más profundo y verdadero.
